AI agents write UI but can't hear it. Earshot lets IBM Bob fix UI and check each fix with a screen reader (NVDA, not a simulation). On 3 apps I didn't write, lint+axe caught 3½ of 15; Bob fixed, Earshot verified 15/15; a two-layer gate blocks regressions.
