Problem: onboarding to an unfamiliar codebase wastes weeks, like being dropped into a city with no map. Build: an Onboarding Copilot. It reads a repo's docs and code, then Bob's subagents (think local guides, one per module) explore in parallel and report back. Agent mode turns their findings into a ramp plan with safe starter tasks. Bobalytics tracks time saved, like a fitness tracker for onboarding. Demo: time a teammate answering three basic questions about the repo cold, then again through the Copilot. Show the gap live, then have them ship the first starter task.
