This is an async database session integrity maintainer. Mostly silent errors which don't raise and require checking the DB manually. It finds and fixes them without explicitly having to identify the errors.

Finds and blocks transaction-ownership bugs in FastAPI + async SQLAlchemy apps (silent data loss, MissingGreenlet, leaked connections) with a deterministic scanner, a CI gate, and an IBM Bob mode + skill that drives the fix.
