Stokes leverages IBM Bob 2.0 subagent orchestration and document understanding to eliminate cross-tier schema drift across SQL, Python, and Rust AST boundaries before compilation. Modeled on real-world edge proxy cascades, it prevents fixed-buffer runtime panics by synthesizing verified zero-allocation degradation routines with sub-50ns wait-free rollbacks.
