It uses AI/ML to predict cardiovascular risk, explain key risk factors, analyze medical reports, and provide personalized preventive recommendations. The platform also connects high-risk patients with nearby government healthcare facilities through a Care Navigator and supports consent-based health-data sharing, healthcare-worker validation, and follow-up.
