KrishiLens is an AI-powered crop health assistant that helps farmers identify potential plant diseases, pests, nutrient deficiencies, and other crop-health issues using a simple image of the affected plant. The system provides a possible diagnosis along with a confidence score and severity assessment. If the AI is uncertain, it asks for additional information or images instead of blindly providing a diagnosis. Persistent low-confidence cases can be escalated for expert review, helping farmers make more informed decisions while reducing the risk of incorrect AI-based recommendations. the main usp is Unlike a basic plant disease detector, KrishiLens is uncertainty-aware: it asks for additional evidence when confidence is low and escalates ambiguous cases for expert review instead of forcing an unreliable diagnosis.
