ReviewPilot — Subagent-Based Code Review Orchestrator
Code review is a major SDLC bottleneck: reviewers juggle style checks, logic/security risks, and test coverage gaps at once, often missing issues under time pressure. ReviewPilot uses IBM Bob 2.0's subagent architecture to parallelize the review itself. Three subagents run concurrently, each with its own clean context: one audits style and lint compliance, another reasons about logic and security vulnerabilities, and a third checks whether test coverage keeps pace with code changes. A main orchestrating agent merges all three reports into one prioritized review comment, sorted by High/Medium/Low severity. This turns a manual, sequential 10–15 minute review into a fast, repeatable workflow — with nothing slipping through the cracks. Built with Python and Flask as a lightweight orchestration layer around Bob's agent mode, ReviewPilot shows how subagents turn a single-threaded human bottleneck into scalable, automated code review.
