Team Idea
Tessera is an outcome-aware workflow control plane for agentic software engineering. It routes IBM Bob tasks through the right workflow, independently verifies results, preserves failure evidence, and uses that history to improve future routing decisions. Agentic systems should not treat every engineering task the same way. Tessera profiles each task by risk and context, selects an execution strategy, lets IBM Bob perform the engineering work, then evaluates the result independently instead of relying on self-certification. Verified outcomes become evidence that can change how later comparable tasks are handled. A Qiskit (quantum computing SDK) integration extends this idea beyond AI agents: Tessera frames a small allocation problem and compares a classical solution with a QAOA-based quantum-classical candidate under the same constraints. The goal is not to claim quantum advantage, but to show how control-plane patterns can orchestrate different forms of intelligence and compute.
