Building CloudOps RCA — a cross-microservice debugging triage platform powered by IBM Bob 2.0. When an incident hits, Bob spawns parallel subagents to investigate logs, deploys, and runbooks across services simultaneously, then surfaces a ranked root-cause hypothesis with evidence for human approval before applying a fix — cutting triage time from ~45 min to under 3. Team complete: 1 frontend dev, 1 backend dev (MCP/agent tooling), 1 backend dev (auth, APIs, databases).
