Team Idea
We build AI-powered developer tools and systems that help turn complex ideas into reliable, working software. Our focus is on AI-assisted development, agentic workflows, repository-aware reasoning, system architecture, automation, and the engineering layers that help AI understand not just individual tasks, but the larger context of a software system. For IBM Bob 2.0, we’re interested in exploring how AI can move beyond code generation to understand requirements, reason across existing systems, plan changes, validate implementations, and help developers build and maintain real-world applications more effectively. We combine AI system design, workflow engineering, product thinking, and practical business experience with one goal: build tools that make AI a better engineering collaborator, not just a coding assistant.
