We’re building LastCommit, an AI-powered code continuity platform that uses IBM Bob to identify hidden knowledge risks inside a codebase. It analyzes ownership concentration, undocumented business logic, critical dependencies, and what could become a problem if a key developer leaves. The platform can simulate a developer departure, generate a codebase survival score, and automatically create handover capsules and continuity plans so teams can reduce knowledge loss before it becomes a real business problem
