Team Idea
Mainframe Knowledge Rescue is a multi-agent system on IBM Bob 2.0 that captures irreplaceable business logic before retiring COBOL/RPG engineers take it with them. One subagent scans a legacy codebase to flag undocumented, high-risk logic; a second turns each gap into a plain-English interview question for a senior engineer; a third writes verified answers back as linked code comments and a living knowledge base (Word/PPT, via Bob's office_edit), then auto-generates onboarding quizzes for junior devs from real institutional knowledge, not guesses.
Built on Bob's subagents, parallel tool calling, and document understanding to turn a retiring engineer's head into a searchable, testable, audit-ready asset instead of a resignation letter.
Building solo: I'll design the subagent pipeline, integrate Bob's agent and document-understanding workflows, and build the knowledge-base/quiz interface end to end within the 48-hour window.
