"Inbin team on Vultr: Agent Rush Hackathon Hackathon"
Team Idea
Blast Radius Zero, Challenge 1. A web-based coding agent on a Vultr VM, every task in its own network-less container, with a second boundary in front of every action: it runs only if someone with authority over its consequence stated it (the developer's signed intent or the repository's own config), otherwise the developer decides from the browser or their phone. Solo, not looking for members.
