Disaster Commander Edge is an offline-first, multi-hazard intelligence and emergency response decision-support platform. It combines Tiny Language Models (TLM), deterministic expert systems, knowledge graphs, and disaster simulation to transform fragmented field reports into actionable situational awareness. Designed to remain operational when internet connectivity and cloud infrastructure fail, it supports hazard analysis, scenario simulation, and resource coordination while keeping critical decisions under human control. We are looking for collaborators interested in AI engineering, disaster resilience, geospatial systems, simulation, and emergency response technology.
