Null Foundry is building BoundarySmith, an agent qualification system for Vultr’s Blast Radius Zero challenge. BoundarySmith takes an unqualified AI agent through a complete security lifecycle: establish baseline utility, expose it to adversarial conditions, identify how it fails, derive a smaller enforceable operating boundary from evidence, challenge that boundary with held-out attacks, and prove the agent can still perform useful work on untrusted tasks. Agents that pass do not become “trusted.” They qualify to operate as bounded zero-trust contractors inside the exact operating boundary they qualified for, with independently verifiable evidence following execution through teardown. Break it. Bound it. Prove it. Put it to work. Currently building as a solo team; not seeking additional teammates.
