"Tukana AI team on Vultr: Agent Rush Hackathon Hackathon"
Team Idea
We’re building Tukana AI, a platform that turns complex legal workflows into executable software, starting with M&A. From a company’s CNPJ and transaction documents, Tukana connects public and regulatory sources, organizes deal data, analyzes documents, identifies missing information, and generates outputs using each firm’s templates and workflows. We have already mapped 8 transaction types, 47 phases and 213 steps, including 92 automatable tasks and 27 external data sources. For this hackathon, we want to push Tukana further into safe agentic execution, with agents that can navigate sources, perform multi-step tasks and return verifiable results while keeping lawyers in control. We’re looking for AI, backend, full-stack, and infrastructure developers with experience in agents, browser automation, cloud deployment, sandboxes, and enterprise applications.
