Team Idea

ALIVE FACTORY is an autonomous multi-agent software factory built for the WeAreDevelopers Dark Factory challenge. Six specialized AI seats — Foreman, Fabricator, Integrator, Test Pilot, Inspector and Shipper — collaborate through evidence-carrying handoffs, independent verification, rejection/repair loops and exact-revision release gates. For the Pocketful challenge, the factory autonomously built and verified a containerized financial application while separating implementation from testing, acceptance and shipment. During the run, independent agents discovered real specification defects, routed them back for repair, re-tested the repaired revision and refused to ship until runtime evidence matched the documented procedure. The core idea is simple: Never trust the build. Trust the evidence.
