Team Idea

Building a reusable software factory in BAND Desktop: three coding-agent seats that plan work, implement it, and independently check results with evidence — no seat accepts its own work. Mandates stay generic so the same band can be pointed at a different spec. At kickoff we pick one track (tablekeeper or pocketful) and run the factory against the harness: clean-room clone, offline container, stage folders, room export and recording.
