Team Idea

Countersign is a one-person team. I designed and built a five-seat software factory on BAND Desktop: the seat mandates, the guard hook that enforces seat boundaries in code, the setup scripts and the measurement tools. In the submitted run my role was operator: lay out the run, send the dispatch, and leave the seats to plan, build, verify and accept the work. Solo builder; the team is complete.

Countersign: nothing ships on one signature

A five-seat BAND Desktop software factory where every artifact is derived twice and must agree: two blind spec readers, a blind reference model, tested tests, and one acceptor that cannot write fixes. It built all four tablekeeper stages in Go.
