Team Idea

An evidence-gated software factory in BAND for the pocketful track: one builder seat writes code, three seats (foreman, auditor, gatekeeper) only verify. Nothing crosses a handoff without a reproducible evidence packet (commit, command, exit code, output digest); every stage is released from a fresh clone with no network. Solo entry, no teammates needed.
