Team Idea

Ghost Kitchen is a small software factory with three coding-agent roles: a planner, a builder, and an independent checker. A person gives the assignment and steers between steps. Their first project, tablekeeper, is a restaurant booking app with transaction locking, a unique database index, and idempotency keys to prevent double-booking. Its 50-way booking test gives exactly one confirmation and 49 rejections. The role mandates are generic, so the factory can be pointed at another project. FACTORY.md and the original transcripts preserve the plans, handoffs, reviews and fixes. The video also shows a separate live BAND release audit, not the original from-scratch build.
