Team Idea
We are building a software factory whose seats hand off evidence, not claims. The checker seat never reports a verdict, it reports an artifact: a test run, its exit code and its log. Work advances on the artifact, so a seat that says "done" without one moves nothing. Mandates stay generic, so the same band can be stood up against any domain. We are entering the pocketful track, where the invariant is that money is never created, destroyed or spent twice under concurrent transfers and retries.
