A software factory in BAND Desktop: a band of coding-agent seats that plans work, implements it, hands off evidence and independently checks its own results. Every mandate is generic — it names no problem, no domain and no technology — so the same band can be pointed at something else without editing a line of it. Four autonomous agents built all four Pocketful stages from one human message. They rejected two green candidates — one crashed after 4,761 reads while every public check passed — and accepted only evidence they had reproduced.
