NOETHER is an AI dark factory for the pocketful track. Before writing any code, it works out the "laws" a service must never break, such as "value is never created, lost, or spent twice", and turns them into executable checks. Six agent seats in BAND share the work: a Lawgiver writes the laws, an Architect plans, a Builder codes, a Saboteur attacks the build with concurrent requests, retries, crashes and clock skew, a Witness keeps a tamper-evident evidence log, and a Judge accepts only when every law holds under every attack. A live "Law Board" UI shows the laws holding while attacks land.
