Team Idea

ZeroTrust Factory is a five-seat BAND factory that builds a concurrency-safe restaurant reservation service stage by stage, where builder and reviewer run on different models and nothing ships until it survives independent rerun, spec-only tests, a reference-model comparison and concurrency chaos checks.

ZeroTrust Factory

ZeroTrust Factory is a four-seat BAND factory that built a concurrency-safe reservation service through all four stages with 8 human messages in total. Nothing shipped until an independent reviewer and an isolated-mode harness rerun accepted it.
