RATCHET is an autonomous coding-agent factory that builds Pocketful, a clean-room Venmo-style payments service, through four specialized AI agents: Planner, Builder, Breaker, and Steward. Each stage is independently tested, adversarially challenged, and permanently protected against regressions through replayable counterexamples.
