Team Idea
We're building Pocketful, a small payments app for the everyday moments when money passes between people: sending a friend their share, asking someone to pay you back, splitting a bill without the awkward maths. It has a wallet, requests, splits and payment authorizations, so people can see where their money is and trust that it ends up in the right place. We built it with a team of AI agents working together in a shared Band room, with a few of us guiding and checking their work. Passing the handoffs and the review between agents was as much of the project as the code. The result is a working app that passes all four stages of the track's checks, with the full record of how it was built in the repo. Money is personal, so we aimed for something simple, clear and careful. Mistakes happen, requests get retried, and people shouldn't be charged twice for it.
