Pocketful: Three-Agent Payment Settlement

Three AI agents plan, execute, and audit payment transfers in a BAND room. A C ledger and FastAPI service enforce atomic transfers, idempotency, and exact integer-cent accounting, supported by 76 passing automated tests.
