We're building a Dark Factory for regulated banking software in BAND Desktop. A business requirement or user story goes in; a band of agents turns it into acceptance criteria, plans the work, writes the code, and verifies it against every requirement before anything ships. Humans write specs, agents do the rest. Led by a Business Analyst with 15+ years in core banking, payments and fintech, who owns the spec, domain rules and demo. Looking for: - 1–2 developers comfortable with agentic coding (Claude Code, BAND, or similar), Python/TypeScript - Someone into testing/QA automation to build the verification layer - Optional: a designer for the demo UI and pitch Async-friendly, IST-based, clear scope from day one.
