Team Idea
TRACE is a voice-first assistant for humanitarian and climate field workers. A caseworker speaks, and TRACE writes the case record, flags the risk indicators, and drafts the referral letter. It runs on any phone, with or without a signal. The part we care most about: TRACE says when it does not know. It refuses to invent a number and points the caseworker to the authority who actually holds the answer. In a protection setting, a system that guesses is worse than no system at all.
