We are building DarkHarness, a dark-factory harness in which three AI seats (coordinator, builder and an independent reviewer) build software on their own in one Band room. Our Tablekeeper run finished all four stages from a single instruction. Solo team, not recruiting.

Three AI seats in one Band room built all four Tablekeeper stages from a single instruction. A coordinator, a builder and an independent reviewer worked with no further human message, and the reviewer caught two bugs that every shipped check had passed.
