We're building a self-checking software factory in BAND — a band of coding agents that takes a spec or task, plans the implementation, writes the code, tests it, and flags what fails before it reaches a human. Coming in with backend engineering experience (agent coordination, API integration, dark-data structuring pipelines) and strong DSA fundamentals. Looking for teammates who want to dig into agent orchestration and handoff logic — frontend/demo polish, prompt engineering, or testing-infra experience all welcome.
