Enterprise software rarely breaks where the developer made the change. It breaks where an unstated contract was left behind. In modern systems, one API or data-model change can silently invalidate an OpenAPI specification, generated client types, event schemas, database assumptions, documentation, fixtures, and tests. Existing dependency tools can identify many syntactic references, but teams still spend expensive review time reconstructing the semantic contract across these artifacts. ContractWeave is an agentic contract-drift and release-readiness engine for enterprise repositories. A developer submits a proposed change. ContractWeave builds a repository contract graph from code, OpenAPI/AsyncAPI specifications, schemas, client models, tests, and documentation. It identifies where the new behavior disagrees with contracts consumed elsewhere, explains the business-visible risk, and produces an evidence-linked repair plan. IBM Bob 2.0 is the engineering intelligence behind the build workflow. In Plan Mode, Bob reasons over the real repository and maps the contract architecture. In Agent Mode, Bob implements the core drift-analysis pipeline, MCP server, verification workflow, and targeted remediation. A final Bob audit generates regression tests and checks that the implementation is coherent. At runtime, the application uses IBM watsonx.ai for structured risk interpretation and remediation explanations. A custom MCP server exposes repository, contract, verification, and release-control tools. IBM watsonx Orchestrate can consume those MCP tools to route a high-risk change into an approval workflow, while low-risk changes can continue automatically. The demo uses a deliberately broken enterprise payments service: one backend field changes type while the API specification, TypeScript consumer, event contract, fixtures, and contract tests remain stale. ContractWeave identifies the drift, visualizes the affected contract chain, proposes the coordinated repair, applies the changes, reruns verification, and produces a release evidence package. The product is designed as a SaaS/API platform for engineering, QA, platform, and SRE teams. Its value is not another chatbot: it creates a machine-readable contract graph and a verifiable release decision from the repository's actual evidence.
