**ForgeSense AI – Predict. Prevent. Protect.** ForgeSense AI is an intelligent predictive maintenance solution that uses machine learning to identify potential industrial equipment failures before they occur. By analyzing machine sensor data, the system predicts failure risks and helps maintenance teams make faster, data-driven decisions. Built using a machine learning model trained on the AI4I 2020 Predictive Maintenance dataset, ForgeSense AI transforms equipment data into actionable insights through an interactive engineering dashboard. The platform is designed to help users monitor machine health, identify potential risks, and understand maintenance priorities. An AI-powered technician assistant further aims to support users with equipment-related guidance. By enabling earlier risk detection and proactive maintenance planning, ForgeSense AI aims to reduce unexpected downtime, avoid costly equipment breakdowns, and improve operational efficiency. Its goal is to make predictive maintenance more accessible, practical, and intelligent for modern industrial environments.
