FixFlow AI is an agentic software engineering command center designed to simplify the complete journey from a production bug to a verified fix. Modern developers often spend significant time switching between issue trackers, logs, source files, code reviews, tests, Git history, security tools, and incident records. This fragmented workflow makes debugging slower and increases the risk of missing important evidence or introducing regressions. FixFlow AI brings these activities into one unified workflow. A developer can report or select an issue and start an investigation. The platform organizes the process into multiple stages: Project Analysis, Investigation, Root Cause, Change Plan, Approval, Implementation, Verification, and subsequent quality checks. The system can analyze project structure, logs, issues, code changes, tests, Git history, security findings, incidents, and project knowledge to build a connected view of the problem. The platform demonstrates practical engineering workflows including issue tracking, debugging and log intelligence, AI-assisted code review, security scanning, automated test visibility, Git and repository information, pull-request workflows, incident management, releases, knowledge management, analytics, and performance metrics. A key design principle is human control. Before an agent-generated implementation changes code, FixFlow AI can require explicit human approval of the proposed change plan. The change plan contains the proposed modifications and regression-risk information. After implementation, verification and testing provide evidence that the change behaves correctly. Settings also support automatically running tests after implementation and removing temporary debugging instrumentation after verification. The platform is intended for software developers, engineering teams, DevOps teams, QA engineers, and technical leads who need a structured way to investigate and resolve software problems. For demonstration, the project uses an InsightBoard sample application containing realistic API, database, frontend, security, testing, and production issues. The demo shows problems such as API 500 errors caused by SQL column mismatches, API contract changes, missing input validation, authentication warnings, and failing test suites. What makes FixFlow AI different is its end-to-end engineering workflow rather than treating AI as only a coding assistant. It connects investigation, evidence, root-cause reasoning, change planning, human approval, implementation, verification, and engineering knowledge into one system.
