Diaglo AI is an AI-powered diabetes management companion designed to move diabetes care beyond simple tracking. It connects a patient’s glucose readings, meals, physical activity, medication information, symptoms, and existing health conditions to identify meaningful patterns and provide personalized lifestyle guidance. Instead of treating each health metric as an isolated data point, Diaglo builds a connected patient profile and uses that context to support better everyday decisions around nutrition, activity, and lifestyle. Its adaptive approach analyzes trends over time, including weekly health patterns, to make guidance increasingly relevant to the individual. Diaglo is designed for people living with diabetes, doctors, diabetes clinics, hospitals, and dietitians, with the goal of making day-to-day diabetes management more informed, personalized, and patient-centered. It provides decision support and lifestyle guidance—not medical diagnosis or medication changes.
