Shivam Raj is a Computer Science and Engineering student at CMR Institute of Technology, Bengaluru, with a strong interest in software engineering, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and emerging technologies. He has actively participated in hackathons, technical projects, and open-source initiatives, gaining practical experience in building technology-driven solutions. His work includes AI-powered applications, cybersecurity and digital safety solutions, intelligent platforms, and full-stack web applications. He has participated in events such as Smart India Hackathon and other national-level hackathons, where he has worked collaboratively to design and develop innovative solutions to real-world problems. Alongside academics, Shivam has taken part in technical communities and leadership activities, while continuously developing his skills in programming, data structures and algorithms, AI/ML, and modern software development. He is particularly interested in creating scalable technology solutions and contributing to impactful engineering projects. Shivam is currently pursuing his Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science and Technology, with an expected graduation in 2027.

### **1. Problem Statement** **Remark:** Most mobile applications operate on a fundamentally static architecture. Whenever a business needs to deploy a new promotional campaign, an onboarding tooltip for a new feature, or an urgent announcement (such as a live IPO flash banner in Fintech), developers are forced to write hardcoded UI updates and submit them through the iOS App Store or Google Play Store. This creates a multi-week release cycle bottleneck that blocks marketing and product teams from reacting to real-time market shifts. Consequently, digital platforms—especially in fast-moving sectors like Fintech, E-commerce, and EdTech—suffer from low new-feature adoption, banner fatigue, and an inability to run rapid A/B experiments without consuming massive amounts of engineering bandwidth. ### **2. Proposed Solution** **Remark:** EmbedCraft is a plug-and-play SaaS infrastructure and Dynamic Content Delivery Engine that completely decouples UI iteration from the app store release cycle. The solution operates in two phases: First, an engineering team performs a one-time integration of our lightweight Mobile SDK. Second, product and growth teams gain autonomous, no-code access to a visual Campaign Builder dashboard. From there, they can design, target, and launch contextual in-app nudges, onboarding flows, and engagement widgets. These configurations are instantly synced to our cloud backend and rendered natively over-the-air inside the client app in real-time, effectively eliminating the engineering dependency and bypassing app store reviews entirely. ### **3. Key Features** **Remark:** * **Zero-Code Campaign Builder with AI & Figma Import:** A drag-and-drop dashboard to design modals, banners, tooltips, interactive stories, and bottom sheets without writing code. * **Real-Time, Event-Based Targeting (<100ms):** Deep in-app segmentation that triggers contextual nudges based on live user actions (e.g., prompting a frictionless feedback micro-survey immediately after a user executes their first stock trade). * **Built-in Gamification Engine:** Native support for interactive engagement widgets, including "Spin the Wheel", scratch cards, streaks, quizzes, and milestones (as proven by our Khaoo Gully case study). * **In-App Monetization Hub:** The ability for apps to run sponsored product visibility campaigns, affiliate product banners, and cross-selling campaigns to generate additional revenue. * **No-Code Multivariate Testing & Analytics:** Built-in A/B/n testing, funnel optimization, and real-time impact measurement. ### **5. Innovation & Differentiation** **Remark:** While legacy enterprise competitors (such as MoEngage, Braze, and CleverTap) offer basic in-app messaging, EmbedCraft introduces three distinct technical innovations: 1. **Ultra-Low Latency Execution (<100ms):** Competitors like MoEngage suffer from 3-7 second trigger latencies due to heavy reliance on server-side RFM segmentation. EmbedCraft evaluates deep, event-based targeting logic locally on the device, ensuring instantaneous UI rendering. 2. **Native Gamification Architecture:** While Braze and CleverTap require custom developer setups or basic templates for gamification, EmbedCraft provides a deeply integrated gamification engine (streaks, skill-based games) baked directly into the SDK, backed by atomic database locks to safely handle physical reward distributions. 3. **Figma-to-Code Workflow:** Unlike WebEngage or Insider, which rely on rigid template-based builders, EmbedCraft offers a full visual builder with Figma import capabilities, allowing product designers to deploy pixel-perfect custom UIs without ever touching a codebase.
