My name is Nguemeta Harold, and I am a passionate entrepreneur driven by technology, innovation, and digital transformation. Based in France, I dedicate my energy to developing smart solutions that bring businesses closer to the future of the digital world. I am the founder of Digital Skills Collective, an initiative designed to promote digital literacy and foster collaboration between creators, developers, and entrepreneurs. Through this venture, I am leading an ambitious project called Interactive Bazaar — an AI-powered e-commerce platform built on blockchain and voice intelligence. Each store within the marketplace will feature its own custom voice assistant to welcome, guide, and support visitors, making the online shopping experience more engaging and human. My vision is simple yet powerful: to make technology accessible and meaningful to everyone, while shaping a new generation of connected, sustainable, and human-centered businesses. I strongly believe that the future belongs to those who combine creativity, technology, and social impact. Alongside my entrepreneurial journey, I continue to strengthen my skills in programming, artificial intelligence, and digital project management, with the goal of building ethical and high-performing digital solutions.

ATLAS is not a simple chatbot; it is a universal AI orchestration system designed to manage any organization or startup. It acts as the "operating system" of a company, capable of planning, delegating tasks to specialized AI agents, and enforcing strict security protocols (Zero Trust). The Demo: Orchestrating Cloud Infrastructure For this hackathon, we demonstrate ATLAS orchestrating a complex cloud infrastructure: ZTC Hosting. Managing web hosting requires juggling multiple APIs (cPanel/WHM, billing, DNS) and handling critical incidents. ATLAS acts as the central brain. It analyzes events, delegates tasks to specialized agents (Support, Network Operations, Provisioning), and uses secure, typed API tools to execute operations. Real-time 3D Digital Twin To make this complex AI activity understandable to humans, ATLAS projects the entire organization into a real-time 3D digital twin. Every AI agent has a 3D avatar. Their movements, statuses, and animations map directly to the actual infrastructure state. If an incident occurs, the NOC agent visibly investigates. Crucially, for high-risk actions, the agent waits for human approval (Human-in-the-loop). AMD Technology Integration To meet the hackathon's technical requirements, ATLAS's core reasoning engine (a high-performance Large Language Model) is hosted and served on AMD Developer Cloud using ROCm and vLLM. The heavy lifting of the AI inference is powered by AMD GPUs. This proves that ATLAS is a hardware-agnostic, production-ready architecture capable of running on AMD infrastructure without rewriting its core logic.

Hosting a FIFA World Cup involves thousands of simultaneous operational decisions across weather, security, transport, media, and competition — with no unified real-time coordination layer. GOALYA TOC (Tournament Operations Center) solves this with 16 specialized AI agents powered by Claude, simulating a FIFA command center for World Cup 2026. Each department — weather, crisis, stadiums, players, cybersecurity — analyzes live data from FotMob and Open-Meteo and publishes structured reports. The Band integration delivers hackathon-compliant multi-agent collaboration: 3 distinct Band agents (GOALYA Weather Intel, Crisis Management, Executive Director) collaborate via @mentions in a shared room, while an External Agent bridge keeps the human operator informed. Key features: operational map of 16 host cities, mission launcher (normal/weather/security scenarios), 16-agent network visualization, crisis room with contingency plans, player intelligence dashboard, and auto-generated FIFA executive reports. Target audience: sports federations, mega-event organizers, government crisis centers. Live demo: https://goalya-toc.vercel.app Stack: React, TypeScript, Claude, Band AI, FotMob, Open-Meteo, Mapbox, Vercel.

SwiftSort AI is an autonomous warehouse intelligence system designed to coordinate robotic logistics operations through a centralized AI backend deployed on Vultr. Modern warehouses are increasingly complex environments involving robotic arms, AGVs, conveyors, quality control stations, and human operators. However, most systems still rely on static rule-based logic and lack a real-time decision layer capable of adapting dynamically to disruptions. SwiftSort AI introduces a centralized AI “brain” that connects to a simulated warehouse environment built in FlexSim. The system continuously analyzes operational parameters such as queue congestion, operator availability, quality control rates, and throughput metrics. Based on this data, the AI autonomously determines optimal routing decisions (e.g., direct sorting vs. quality inspection), allocates robotic resources, and adjusts workflow priorities in real time.SwiftSort AI focuses on three key capabilities: autonomous decision-making, simulation-driven validation before real deployment, and real-time supervision. The system demonstrates how AI can act as a coordination layer for robotic environments, improving efficiency, reducing routing errors, and enabling scalable intelligent logistics operations. This project represents a simulation-first approach to robotic orchestration, designed to evolve toward real-world deployment in industrial warehouse systems.
