ChiefAI is an AI-powered executive assistant designed to help businesses understand their data without requiring technical expertise. Many organizations collect large amounts of information in spreadsheets and CSV files, but extracting meaningful insights from that data is often slow and difficult. ChiefAI solves this problem by turning raw business data into clear, actionable intelligence. Users can securely sign in, upload their business datasets, and receive AI-generated executive summaries, business health scores, trend analysis, and practical recommendations within seconds. Instead of manually reviewing hundreds or thousands of records, decision-makers receive concise explanations of what is happening, why it is happening, and what actions they should take next. The platform focuses on simplicity, speed, and accessibility. Its clean interface allows users to upload files with minimal effort while the AI handles analysis in the background. ChiefAI is suitable for startups, small businesses, and enterprises looking to improve operational efficiency and data-driven decision making. The project was built using NativelyAI Builder, React, TypeScript, Supabase, and OpenRouter AI. It demonstrates how modern AI can simplify business intelligence by combining secure authentication, cloud storage, intelligent analysis, and an intuitive user experience into a single platform. Future improvements include support for Excel and PDF files, interactive dashboards, forecasting, anomaly detection, real-time analytics, team collaboration features, and integration with popular business platforms.
