Janseva AI – One City. Every Route. One App. Janseva AI is a smart-city platform created to make everyday city services easier for people to access. The main idea behind the project is to give citizens one place where they can report common civic problems, find useful information, and explore important places around the city. In cities, people regularly come across problems such as potholes, garbage on roads, drainage issues, damaged public infrastructure, and other local problems. The platform also has a city-discovery aspect, which can be useful for tourists, students, new residents, and anyone who wants to explore the city. Some common problems include: Potholes and damaged roads Garbage and waste-related issues Drainage and water problems Damaged public infrastructure Other local community problems How Janseva AI Works The main focus of the platform is to make the user experience simple. A citizen can use Janseva AI to report a problem they have noticed in their surroundings. The information provided by the user can then be organized based on the type of issue. For example, if someone enters: “There is a large pothole on my road and it is dangerous for vehicles.” the system can understand that the complaint is related to a road or infrastructure problem. The same platform can also help users find information about places they want to visit or explore. The basic idea is: Identify → Report → Get Information → Take Action AI in Janseva AI Artificial Intelligence is an important part of the project. Instead of making users fill out complicated forms or understand technical categories, AI can help understand what the user is trying to say. For example, a citizen can describe a problem in normal language instead of selecting from a long list of options. The system can then identify the possible category of the complaint and organize the information accordingly. AI can also make the city-exploration part more interactive by allowing users to search for information in a more natural way. In future versions, AI can be used for image-based complaint detection, voice-based reporting, multilingual support, and automatic classification of civic issues. Users could report a problem through voice instead of typing everything manually. An administrative dashboard could be added to show information such as complaint categories, number of complaints, locations, complaint status, and frequently reported problems. Technology is already a major part of how people communicate, travel, shop, and access services. Civic services can also become easier to access through technology. Conclusion Janseva AI is a smart-city platform that combines civic issue reporting with city exploration. It provides a common platform where citizens can report problems such as potholes, garbage, drainage issues, and damaged infrastructure, while also allowing users to discover important places around the city. The current concept can be expanded with features such as AI-based image recognition, automatic complaint classification, location-based reporting, multilingual support, voice interaction, complaint tracking, and analytics. Our goal with Janseva AI is to build a practical platform that uses technology and AI to make everyday interaction between citizens and their city simpler, faster, and more accessible.
