1. Problem Statement AI-assisted coding tools have accelerated raw code generation, but they have introduced a severe bottleneck: verification. Developers spend hours fragmented across online tools to test code reliability, security vulnerabilities, memory efficiency, and hardware performance. Current solutions require physical access to specific hardware setups or expensive remote testbeds just to evaluate code execution metrics. Furthermore, crafting effective, context-aware AI prompts for code refactoring remains a tedious trial-and-error process, leading to lost time, context-switching, and security risks. 2. Proposed Solution SiliconFit is a local, privacy-first developer platform that unifies code reliability testing, security scanning, and hardware-aware optimization into a single offline workflow. SiliconFit bridges the gap between AI generation and hardware performance by running local evaluation engines that simulate hardware profiles—eliminating the need for physical device access during daily testing. SiliconFit acts as a local intelligence orchestrator: Hardware-Aware Simulation: Evaluates memory efficiency, execution metrics, and hardware rules across pre-configured profiles (CPU/Accelerator specs) without needing physical hardware. Seamless AI Integration: Generates specially curated, context-rich prompt directives specifically tailored for IBM Bob 2.0. This allows developers to apply complex refactoring, bug fixes, and hardware-specific optimizations directly inside their project without prompt engineering. Local Analyzer & Benchmarking: Features an integrated local analyzer for real-time security auditing (vulnerabilities, memory leaks), compiling, and unit benchmarking. 3. Target Users & User Interaction Target Users: Embedded systems engineers, C/C++ developers, AI/ML hardware optimization engineers, and security-focused software teams. User Flow: A developer imports their code project into SiliconFit. SiliconFit’s local analyzer automatically scans for security bugs and simulates execution against a selected hardware profile. If performance bottlenecks or security flaws are flagged, SiliconFit generates a structured, context-informed prompt payload for IBM Bob 2.0. IBM Bob 2.0 suggests precise code fixes, which SiliconFit then compiles, re-analyzes, and benchmarks locally until target performance is reached.
