Problem: When developers, especially beginners and students, join an unfamiliar software project, they can spend significant time understanding the project structure, finding important files, figuring out setup steps, deciding what to work on first, and identifying potential issues. This onboarding information is often scattered across files and requires manual exploration. Solution: CampusConnect Dev is a developer onboarding assistant that organizes this process into one beginner-friendly workflow. Users enter basic information about a project and click Analyze Project to receive an organized onboarding report with a project overview, important files, setup steps, beginner-friendly tasks, and areas to investigate. The application also provides a Project Structure Explorer that explains common folders and files, a Setup Guide with progress tracking, and an interactive Beginner-Friendly Tasks checklist. The Project Health Check provides a structured review of documentation, configuration, security, code quality, and deployment readiness. The Issue & Code Quality Checker provides a mock scan covering code quality, bugs, security, documentation, and maintainability, together with example issues and suggested actions. Target users: beginner developers, students, and developers who are joining unfamiliar software projects. How users interact: A user enters project details, analyzes the project, explores the project structure, follows the setup checklist, completes beginner tasks, and reviews the health and quality checks through the web interface. Creative approach: Instead of presenting onboarding information as a collection of separate documents, CampusConnect Dev brings project understanding, setup, first tasks, and quality checks together into a single guided workflow. The prototype is built using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript with mock data. Its purpose is to demonstrate how a structured onboarding workflow can reduce the manual effort and confusion involved in understanding an unfamiliar projec
