🧩 Problem Meetings often generate long discussions, but key decisions, action items, and follow‑ups get lost because: Manual note‑taking is time‑consuming and error‑prone. Audio/video meetings are difficult to convert into structured minutes. Teams struggle to track who is responsible for what and deadlines. Lack of clear documentation leads to missed tasks and poor accountability. 💡 Solution The AI Meeting Minutes Generator solves this by: Accepting inputs in multiple formats: transcripts, audio recordings, or video links. Using speech‑to‑text and NLP to automatically generate concise meeting summaries. Extracting action items with owners and deadlines for accountability. Displaying results in a minimalistic, professional dashboard with sections for summaries, tasks, and follow‑ups. Optional integrations with calendar and communication tools for seamless workflow.
