KiraKira is an AI-powered decision-support concept for small food and beverage (F&B) businesses that must prepare products before customer demand is fully known. Preparing too much can lead to leftovers and spoilage, while preparing too little may cause stockouts and missed sales. KiraKira is designed to accept sales reports through Excel/CSV uploads, manual forms, or photos of handwritten and printed records. Imported and extracted data is validated and reviewed before it is used for analysis. The system brings together business dashboards, product- and branch-level demand forecasting, daily preparation recommendations, a Business Action Center for practical next steps, and an AI-Assisted Promotion Planner for financially informed promotion concepts. Its Business Operations Agent is designed to retrieve approved business data, call analytical tools, and generate reports, operational plans, and business-focused visual assets. Forecasting uses statistical or machine-learning methods rather than relying on a language model alone. The Agent is designed to have read-only access to the operational database, while users review submitted records and generated outputs. KiraKira aims to connect business records to clear, evidence-based actions, helping small F&B operators plan with greater visibility while making data limitations explicit. Its architecture is designed to integrate AI services hosted on AMD cloud infrastructure.
