ForgeMind AI is an intelligent operational continuity and condition monitoring engine designed for high-stress industrial machinery (such as the CONV-MTR-01 conveyor motor). It bridges raw industrial sensor telemetry with autonomous root-cause hypothesis generation and closed-loop work-order dispatching. 2.
