Are you starting with an idea, shaping an MVP, improving an existing product, or looking for a fresh perspective on your digital experience? I help founders, startups, independent businesses, small and growing companies, and product teams make better product and design decisions before, during and after the build. At the early stages of a project, I help clarify the problem, understand the audience, explore opportunities and define a strong direction. During the design process, I turn that direction into user flows, prototypes and digital experiences that align user needs with business goals. Once the product is live, I help identify opportunities for improvement through user feedback, research and real usage. Depending on where your project stands, I can help you: → facilitate ideation and co-creation workshops, and frame the right problem → conduct quantitative and qualitative UX research, including user interviews → carry out UX audits and provide actionable recommendations → define UX strategy, information architecture, user journeys and personas → create user flows, wireframes and prototypes for desktop and mobile experiences → design and redesign digital products, websites, apps and e-commerce experiences → create visual identities, interfaces and design systems → bring websites to life through no-code and visual web implementation My work brings together UX research, digital strategy, product thinking, UX/UI design, visual design and graphic design. I focus on making the right questions visible early enough to be useful: who is this for, what do they really need, what are we trying to achieve, and how can the experience work for both the people using it and the organisation behind it?

Getting medical help in another country can feel stressful when you and your healthcare provider don’t speak the same language. A prescription, lab report, or discharge note may be difficult to understand, and it can be hard to describe what you’re feeling clearly. WellAbroad is designed to make those moments easier. Travelers can upload a medical document to receive a plain-language explanation in a language they understand. They can also answer guided questions about their symptoms and prepare a translated summary to share with a local doctor. WellAbroad is a communication aid, not a doctor. It does not diagnose conditions or recommend medication changes. Its goal is to help people understand what a document says, organize the information they want to share, and feel more prepared to speak with a healthcare professional.
