Inner Council is an AI-powered decision support tool that helps people stress test big decisions before committing to them. Most decision making happens in an echo chamber people weighing important choices usually only hear one voice: their own. This is especially true for students and young professionals navigating high stakes trade offs like taking on extra commitments during busy periods, switching career paths after years of investment, or saying yes to opportunities that demand more than they can realistically give. Inner Council solves this by simulating a live debate between two opposing AI personas. Users describe their dilemma, and "The Optimist" and "The Skeptic" respond directly to each other's arguments in real time, streaming their reasoning round by round not two separate monologues, but a genuine back and forth. Once the user is satisfied, the app generates a "Council Verdict": a structured summary covering the core tension, each side's strongest points, and reflective questions for the user to weigh. It deliberately avoids giving a flat yes/no answer, because the goal is to clarify the decision, not make it for the user. The entire app was built end to end on native.builder through conversational prompts. The Product Architect agent generated the initial PRD and technical architecture. The Builder agent implemented a React SPA frontend alongside three Supabase Edge Functions streaming responses from Google Gemini. The QA agent ran automated build, type check, and end to end browser tests throughout development to catch regressions before each iteration from core functionality, to UI polish, to a final premium visual design pass before deploying directly to a live public URL.
