MedClear AI solves this by bridging the gap between hospital records and patient comprehension. Designed for Track 2 (Health & Wellbeing), MedClear AI instantly processes complex medical documents and outputs: 1. Empathetic Summary: Translating medical jargon into clear, reassuring language. 2. Smart Medication Schedule: Structured daily timelines (Morning, Lunch, Dinner) explaining the "why" behind every pill. 3. Clinical Triage Traffic Light: Clear home-care instructions (Green for normal, Yellow for consulting a GP, Red for emergency red flags). 4. Accessibility First: Full support for 12 languages (breaking language barriers) and an Okabe-Ito Colorblind Safe Mode for patients with visual impairments. 5. Privacy & Infrastructure: Leveraging open-weight models via Evolus Cloud on AMD Instinct™ GPUs and ROCm™, ensuring zero data leakage and strict local hospital data sovereignty (GDPR/HIPAA compliant).
