## Problem & Solution Statement Capturing and managing screenshots is a common but repetitive task for developers, IT professionals, testers, support teams, and everyday users. Important information is often scattered across multiple screenshots, while manually capturing, naming, organizing, and processing them takes time and can lead to inconsistent documentation and lost context. Our project is an AI-powered Screenshot Automation Assistant designed to simplify and automate this workflow. The solution combines screenshot capture automation with AI-assisted processing to turn raw screenshots into structured, useful information. The application allows users to capture screenshots through an automated workflow instead of repeatedly performing manual screen-capture actions. Once captured, screenshots can be processed and organized based on the user's workflow. AI capabilities can assist in understanding screenshot content, extracting relevant information, generating descriptions, and making the captured information easier to search, document, and reuse. The primary target users are developers, IT and network engineers, QA/testers, technical support teams, students, and professionals who frequently need to capture visual information as part of their work. A typical user workflow is simple: the user starts the application, performs the required activity, triggers the screenshot automation, and the application captures the relevant screen content. The captured information can then be processed by the AI workflow to provide meaningful output rather than leaving the user with a folder of unorganized image files. The creative aspect of the project is the combination of screenshot automation and AI-assisted interpretation. Instead of treating screenshots as static images, the solution treats them as a source of information that can be captured, processed, and transformed into useful documentation. The solution improves efficiency by reducing repetitive screenshot-related tasks and minimizing manual organization. It can be particularly valuable in technical environments where users need to repeatedly capture application states, configuration screens, errors, test results, or troubleshooting steps. The project demonstrates how AI can be integrated into an everyday productivity workflow to reduce manual effort and transform unstructured visual information into a more organized and actionable format.
