ProcureFlow is an AI procurement agent that turns a plain-language purchase brief into a fully reasoned buying decision. Given a request like "10 laptops, 16GB RAM, 512GB SSD, max ₹45,000, delivery in 7 days," it parses the constraints, evaluates every vendor in its dataset against them, and scores qualifying options on price, delivery speed, and reliability using a weighted formula. Most procurement automation picks one extreme: fully automated with no oversight, or fully manual with no speed. ProcureFlow decides per purchase. If the top choice carries real risk, price near the budget cap, a thin vendor pool, low reliability, delivery right at the deadline, it pauses and requires a human to click Approve or Decline before generating a purchase order. If the purchase is comfortably safe, it confirms on its own. Every step is logged in a full audit trail: what was checked, why a vendor was eliminated, why approval was or was not needed. This build is a working prototype, not a finished platform. Vendor data is a fixed demo dataset rather than live sourcing, and it currently supports laptop procurement only, both disclosed on-screen. The reasoning engine itself is real and generalizes well beyond laptops, to manufacturing sourcing, SaaS vendor decisions, logistics carrier selection, expense approval workflows, and contract renewal risk review, anywhere a routine decision needs speed most of the time and judgment some of the time. Built end-to-end on native.builder.
